So far, I’ve been to Target to buy some last-minute necessities, baked two pumpkin pies, chopped the celery and onion for the stuffing, and cleaned out all the old left-overs in the fridge. Time for some ‘nog.
EDIT: washed the dishes and polished the silverware too. The turkey is soaking in sea salt right now. Next is the olive oil rubdown and seasoning…tomorrow morning.
